Le Bel Abri Hotel - Annecy

This place is in a fantastic location right next to the lake and close to the city center, which is exactly what we were looking for, and the staff provided excellent service.

I ate at a very nice restaurant with good food and beautiful terrace. The view on the lake from the window was excellent, appreciated it.

The staff were not particularly helpful, didn't expect that coming.

We were kinda surprised by the beautiful views from our room at the hotel. It was such a treat to wake up and see the serene lake right outside our window. The location was also great, with easy access to the lake and a scenic walk to the town center. The delicious breakfast provided a good start to our day. we had a lovely stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

The room was well-kept and had a balcony, a kitchen, and lovely views, and the staff were really friendly and great all around.

The room smelled musty and the bathroom tiles were dirty. the hotel is located right next to a busy road making it quite noisy all night long.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw away from the stunning Lake Annecy. I couldn't get enough of the beautiful views from my room's balcony. Secondly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. And lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive - from the well-equipped amenities to the cleanliness, everything was top-notch. An amazing value for money!

All was great, I couldn't find a single thing to fault!

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff. The location was one of the best aspects as it was right on the lake, offering beautiful views. We also appreciated the fact that it was only a short walk to the center of town along a scenic path along the lake. Another advantage was the proximity to the beaches, making it convenient to enjoy the lake in nice weather.

Additionally, the hotel seemed understaffed, especially during the night, which made us feel less attended to.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

The view from the hotel room was amazing. I enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery of mountains and a lake. the breakfast was also very satisfying, and there was a range of options to choose from. the hotel is located in a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a restful and calming ambiance.

I was extremely disappointed with the attitude of the staff. Despite the fact that I don't speak French very well, they did not attempt to help me with translations and were quite rude at times.

The hotel is in a great location close to a beautiful lake and within walking distance of the town centre. the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is very nice. the hotel provides facilities such as a bakery and a petite casino nearby ' convenience. Guests can enjoy pretty beaches just a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

Some guests might find the hotel a bit expensive compared to what it offers.
